He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Gianna Garay, Gizzel Garay, Givanni Garay and Giankarlo Garay; his parents, Samuel Providenza and Maria Providenza; his siblings, Veronica, Rosalba, Marcia and Leslie; and his siblings' children, Michael, Juan Carlos, Jason, Lorraine, Stephanie, Shayla, Rafael Jr., Nathan, Esmaralda, Laura, Abigail and Efrain.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Carbonara Funeral Home (1515 25th Ave, Melrose Park, IL 60160). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 8:30 AM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St Stephen Church (1280 Prospect Ave, Des Plaines, IL 60018).
