He was predeceased by: his wife Frances Pyka; his sons, Steve (Sharon) and Leo (Cookie); his grandchildren, Frankie and Ricky; and his brother John (late Kathy).
He is survived by: his children, John (Jackie), Debbie Phillips (Ronald) and Kimmie Coley (Frank); his grandchildren, Jonathan, Kyle, Ashley, Steven, Shayna, Robby, Amanda, Stephanie and Britney; his great grandchildren, Leo, Olivia, Ezekiel, Jordan and Gabby; and his sister Elaine Hakanson (Jim).
