He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Douglas and Dorothy Barger Douglas. He is survived by: his wife Donna Douglas; his children, David Douglas, Rich Douglas (Kristin), Genetta Hintz (Andrew), Rusina Douglas, Drew Endsley, Erin Keller (Ryan), Justin Endsley (Casey) and Sami Chase (Austin); and his grandchildren, Darian, Phillip, Duston, Dylan, Cale, Cloe, Isaac, Carter, Mason, Camden, Olivia, Pearl and Kit.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Gibson City United Methodist Church. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
