It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Roger Wayne Arends of Melvin, Illinois, who passed away on March 12, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Alfred Arends and Jane Roberts Arends; his wife Mary Lou Brucker; and his brother Hank Arends. He is survived by : his sons, Michael Arends (Ann) of Waterman, IL and Richard Arends (Ione) of Austin, TX.; and his brother Neil Arends of Des Plaines, IL.. He is also survived by six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
