He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Donald Lee Smith, Patricia Tracy Smith, Carl L. Maday Sr. and Lois Salawater Maday. He is survived by : his parents, Carl Lawrence Maday (Sarah) and Theresa Smith Maday; his wife Sarah; his children, Micheal Kindhart, Blake Carnes, Preston Maday, Parker Wassenberg, Samantha Kindhart and Zoey Maday; and his siblings, Kyle Mork and Sarah Bruns (Jeff).
