Howe of Mendon, Illinois, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on September 26, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Howe and Gladys Howe (Miller); his brother Charles Howe III; and his former life partner Shirley. He is survived by : his wife Linda Willer; his children, Kim Lawrence of Quincy and Darin Howe (Shae) of Denver, NC; his grandchildren, Zachary Carstens (Sydney), Olivia Howe, Jilian Howe and Cameron Howe; his great grandchild Turner; and his sister Sandy Williams (Ken) of St. Louis, MO..
