He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernie Shoop and Pauline Shoop (Zanger); and his siblings, Sue Dunivin, Jerry Shoop and Tom Shoop.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Smith; his daughter Misstia Riggs (Daniel) of Quincy, TWO; his grandson Trevin Shoop (Tiffany Seirens); and his brothers, Jim Shoop and Jody Shoop (Bobette).
