Cook of LaMoille; his daughter Tammy Buteyn (Keith) of Belvidere; his grandchildren, Tiffney Brink (Joshua) of Colorado and Tim Kenney of South Carolina; his son Kevin Lee (Amy) of LaMoille; his grandchildren, Brooke Begolka (Matt) of Boone, IA., Noah Lee of LaMoille, Landon Lee of LaMoille and Trey Lee of LaMoille; and his stepgrandchildren, Keith Buteyn Jr. (Staci), Autumn Lionello (Nick), Anne Pasquali (David), Madeline Lundy (Alex), Garrett Krueger and Julia Krueger. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
