He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Prokuski and Loretta Prokuski (Jagadzinski); his wife Audrey; his grandson Matthew Waido; and his brother Captain Leon Prokuski.
He is survived by: his children, Keith Prokuski (Marie) of Streamwood and Karen Waido (Scott) of Mendota; his grandchildren, Sarah Willmert (Craig), Selena Waido, Dr. Michael Waido (Heather) and Christopher Prokuski; his stepgranddaughter Katie Leeper; his great grandchildren, Aubrey, Annibelle Willmert and Matthew Scott Waido; and his siblings, Audrey Hearn of Lakeland, FL and Eugene Prokuski (Jane) of Wheaton, IL..
