She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Austin and Betty Austin (Hatton); her daughter Ashley McLeod; her brothers, Larry, Marvin and Mark Austin; and her niece Rebecca Austin.

She is survived by: her children, Blake Zeiter (Joy) of Benton, Kentucky and Desarae Ridge of Mendota, IL; her grandchildren, Chase, Landon, Zayne, Kaylin and Laynee; and her siblings, Carol Harper (James) of Earlville, David R. Austin of Sheridan, IL and James E. Austin (Brenda) of Earlville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
