Kalub Cornell Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 21, 2025, at the age of 24, Kalub Cornell of Mendota, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Mitch Conlin, Gary Dahl, Bonnie Miller and Elta Young; and his great-aunt Teresa Dahl.
He is survived by: his mother Sonya Dahl; his son Oscar; his siblings, Kennidey Dahl of Spring Valley, Kalliou Dahl of Peru, Jay, Alyssa, Jordan and Spencer; his grandmother Sherry Wilkinson; and his great-grandparent Bernene Dahl of Peru. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Wyoming Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, a Memorial Fund has been established in Kalub's honor at Heartland Bank in Peru, IL.
