Kenneth Smith Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kenneth Smith of Mendota, Illinois, who passed away on June 14, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Smith and Marion Smith (Richards); his wife Kathyrn Smith; and his brothers, Clarence (Butch), Bill, Jimmy and Louis Smith.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kris Smith of Sterling, Kendra Harrington (Ed) of Coleta, Wendy Klatt (Jay) of Mendota, Dawn McCollom (Rob) of Mendota and Jodell "Joey" Jarman of Normal; his grandchildren, Tyler Barnes, Brooklyn Loos (Dan), Jacob Barnes, Cheyenne Harrington, Payton Klatt, Jerett Harrington, Karsyn Klatt, Kennedy McCollom, Jalynn Jarman and Cambrie Jarman; his great grandchildren, Saige Nickerson, Ellie Barnes and Cooper Loos; his siblings, Jack Smith (Gloria) of Peru and Marilyn Smith of Peru; and his pet Pippy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers a memorial can be made to Mendota Companion Animal Centre.
