She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Botts and Anna Botts; her sister Lola Burkardt (Charles); and her husband R. Wesley Hoffman of LaMoille, IL. She is survived by: her siblings, John Botts (Ruth), Louis, Elberta Olsen (Harold), Lois Botts, Charles Botts Jr. (Marilyn) and Everette Botts; and her children, Rhonda Myers (Patrick) of Mendota, Ronald Hoffman (Paula) of Noblesville, Karen Baker (Lanzy) of Springfield, IL and Susan Hoffman of Mendota. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and multiple nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 16th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church of Mendota (100 E 6th St, Mendota, IL 61342). A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 16th 2026 at 11:15 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be directed to First United Methodist Church or to the donor's choice.
