He is survived by: his parents, Anzurio Rocha and Rosario Rocha; his siblings, Melissa Kelver (Dan), Luz Marina Rocha, Benito Rocha, Jasmine Rocha, Renato Rocha, Dario Rocha, Rosevelia Rocha and Orlando Rocha; his nephew Henry Kelver; and his godchild Quinn.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Holy Cross Church (1010 Jefferson St, Mendota, IL 61342). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of memorial donations, the family invites those who wish to honor Octavio to do so through prayer, acts of charity, or by donating blood to help others, reflecting the generosity he lived every day.
