He is survived by: his parents, Mick Hartley and Barbara Hartley (Shannon) of Mendota, IL; his brother Jesse Hartley (Cynthia); his siblings' children, Justin, Aiden and Karina of Montclair, CA; his sister Heather Mumm (Gregg); and his siblings' children, Travis and Makenzie of Troy Grove, IL.. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Horner-Merritt Funeral Home (800 Monroe St, Mendota, IL 61342). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made in Sparky's memory to the Mendota Moose Lodge.
