He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Ransom and Doris Ransom (Rausch); and his siblings, Roland and Monica. He is survived by: his children, Jared D. Ransom (Cassie), Jordan T. Goldsborough (Chelsea Turner) and Brittnie Morrell (Dan); his grandchildren, Rhett, Cloe, Eric, Isaac and Elizabeth; and his brother Richard Ransom. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
