She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Ziemba and Lottie Ziemba; her sister Betti Ziemba; and her friend Janet Zakaras. She is survived by: her husband Michael Emich; her daughters, Valarie Emich (Daniel Kuikman) and Victoria Emich (Michael Kaucky); and her grandchildren, Kaya Crawford and Kole Kuikman. She is also survived by many brothers- and sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Andrew J McGann & Son Funeral Home (10727 S Pulaski Rd, Chicago, IL 60655).
