He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Eckhoff and Mary Irma Eckhoff (Crist); and his wife Connie R. Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Michelle Buscher (Kevin) of Peoria, IL and Mike Eckhoff (Bleydy) of Spring, TX; his grandchildren, Zachary, Lucy Buscher, Samantha, Jacob and Lucas Eckhoff; and his stepdaughters, Holly Brainard (late Jason) of Witchita, KS and Doreen Musselman of Germantown Hills, IL. He is also survived by four step-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Oakwood Cemetery (701 Coal Bank Rd, Metamora, IL 61548).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to TAPS, 100 Taps Lane, Pekin, IL 61554.
