He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Adams and Mary Adams (Kiesewetter); his grandson Adam Verchimak; his siblings, Amelia Noe (Rudy), Esther Schaidle (Ernie), Lillian Grebner (Arnold), Joseph Adams (Shirley) and Norbert Adams (Wilma); and his sister-in-law Marilyn Adams.
He is survived by: his wife Mary of Metamora; his children, Bryan Adams of Metamora and Carlyne Adams of Boerne, TX; his granddaughters, Anna Verchimak (Kyle Walker) of Boulder, CO and Ava Verchimak of Plano, TX; and his brothers, Ray Adams of Indianapolis, IN and Bill Adams (Dorothy) of Metamora.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Open Arms Food Pantry, 1200 West Mount Vernon Street, Metamora, IL 61548 or to Snyder Village Residents in Need Fund, 1200 East Partridge Street, Metamora, IL 61548.
