He is survived by: his children, Lisa Coates (Jonathan) of East Peoria, IL and Greg Mills (Sharyn) of Cincinnati, Ohio; his grandchildren, Drake Mills, Katie Yatsko (Nick), Benjamin Coates, Timothy Burns Coates (Julia), Sydney Mills, Peyton Mills and Zeb Mills; his great grandchild Eloise Yatsko; and his siblings, Johnny Mills of Springfield, IL and Betsy Keefe of Lincoln, IL..
