He was predeceased by: his parents, Murray Haworth and Nettie Haworth (Ditch); his wife Norma K. Smith; his son Mark; and his brother Murray Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Phillip Haworth (Fiona) and Sarah Caughran (David); his grandsons, Colby Filipiak (Abby), William Butts, Ashton Caughran and Aiden Caughran; his great grandchild Leo Butts; and his sister Esther Smith.
