He is survived by: his wife Jan of Metamora; his children, Deborah Campbell of Dunlap, IL and Michael Swartz (Lisa) of Normal, IL; his grandchildren, Mark Swartz (Madi Moody), John Swartz, Carrie Swartz (Edin Sehic), Ian Campbell, Tyson Campbell (Mia) and Skylar Campbell; his sister Lora Ann Schultz of Normal, IL; and his sister-in-law Janet Swartz of Pontiac, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
