He is survived by: his children, Patricia Lehman (Jason), Katie Worthen (Ryan), Cynthia Gross, Josh Gross (Anna Davila) and Tim Gross (Autumn); his grandchildren, Elijah, Hannah, Abigail, Emily, Oliver and Andy; his sister Luanne Ramer (Steve); his brother-in-law Lyle Altes (Sheri); his nephew John Altes; and his nieces, Jennie Weeden and Chrystal Ramer. He is also survived by many extended family members, dear friends.
