He was predeceased by: his parents, William Koch and Thrasilla Marchand Koch; his son Steven; and his siblings, William Koch, Nila Burton, Waverly Heston and Bernadette Burns.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Kay Bertolo; his children, Greg Koch (Christina), Julie Wolf (Scott) and Joni Geick (Bob); and his grandchildren, Luke Bennett, Kate Herzel (Nick), Chase Wolf (Cassie), Cody Geick (Amber), Grant Geick (Tessa) and Kendra Geick.
