He was predeceased by: his parents, Joan Costello (McDonald) and Maurice Costello; and his sister Marie Schroeder. He is survived by: his wife Letha M. Allen; his children, Kyle Costello (Laura) of Peoria, IL, Timothy Costello of St. Louis, MO, Jonathan Costello (Therese) of Madison, WI, Olivia Burdin (Chris) of Metamora, IL, Lily Kopp (Joe) of Lodi, WI and Christian Costello of Phoenix, AZ; his grandchildren, Savannah, Waylon, River, Jace, Ethan and Eloise; his brother Paul Costello; and his brother-in-law Gary Schroeder. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
