He is survived by: his children, Kathy (David), Allen (Pam), Becky (Dan) and Dale (Holly); his siblings, Gary Lynn of Florida, Judy Banks of Missouri and Sue Burgess of Missouri; his grandchildren, Kyle, Josh, Tyler, Daniel, Autumn, Brandon, Kody, Dafne, Dalton, Charlotte, Madison, Justin, Annie, Sara, Jake, Skyler, Taryn, Kerry and Kurt; his close friend Chuck Bloomenshine; his wife Patricia; his children, Grace and Billy; and his siblings, Margaret, Edward Lee, James, Buddy and Bobby. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
