He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert D. and Mary L. Bernius (McClaugherty); and his siblings, Candi Vincent, Bobby Bernius and Bradley Bernius, Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Beverly J. Leavitt of Metamora; his sister Sherri Bernius of Amarillo, TX; and his friend Terry Greeson of Tulsa, OK.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to a charity of the donor's choice.
