Shirley Ann Lane Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 12, 2025, at the age of 95, Shirley Ann Lane of Metamora, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean Middleton and Ella R. Luther Middleton Petty; her husband John Lane; her brother Bob Middleton of Seattle, WA; her stepdaughter Debra Hoelscher of Peoria, IL; and her son-in-law Gale Koehler.
She is survived by: her daughter Christine Epperley (Carl) of Roanoke, VA.; her grandchildren, Megan Mizak (Christopher) and Jason Koehler (Melissa) of Roanoke, VA; her stepsons, Kenneth Lane (Tammy) of Morton, IL and Joe Hoelscher of Peoria, IL; and her extended family, Mary Beth, Dennis Patterson, Stephanie, Ryan Jones, Noelle, Ava and Cassie. She is also survived by 8 step-grandchildren, 11 step-great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel (2021 N University St, Peoria, IL 61604).
Memorials may be made in Shirley's memory to Christian Union Church in Metamora where Shirley was a member or to Snyder Villager Resident in Need Fund in Metamora.
