He is survived by: his significant other Renee DuBois; and his siblings, Mike DuBois (late Mary) of Lutz, FL, Bill DuBois (Terri) of Metamora, Warren DuBois (Cheryl) of Naperville, IL, Jeanne Kubera (Mike) of Rockford, IL, Elaine DuBois of Blufton, SC and Amy Miller (Mark) of Cuba, IL. He is also survived by seventeen nieces and nephews.
