He was predeceased by: his parents, William K. Harms and Dolores C. Harms (Fandel); his son Ryan Harms; his son-in-law Tom Bell; and his half-sister Lori Harms Slater.
He is survived by: his wife Carmen I. Elliott of Metamora; and his children, Darla Oropeza (Armando) of Helena, Montana, Heather Hanson Bell of Germantown Hills, IL, Kristophier Harms of West Peoria, IL and Adi Elliott (Sarah Brown) of Skokie, IL. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
