Kim A. Machango Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kim A. Machango of Metcalf, Illinois, who passed away on June 23, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Machango and Madeleine Machango (Hemminghouse); and his son Darin Simpson. He is survived by: his children, Melissa Robbins of Danville, Joseph Machango of Vermilion and Logan Machango (Karlee Moore) of Chrisman, Illinois; his daughter-in-law Verna Simpson of Paris; his siblings, Michael Machango (Tammie) of Ellettsville, Indiana, Elizabeth Coons of Terre Haute, Kathy McDaniel (Rick) of Terre Haute, Julie Machango of Martinsville and Paula Machango; and his grandchildren, Kayla Dupin (Caleb Whitt), Dakota Simpson (Kelly), Madison Simpson (Garret Baker), Faith Gabel (Andrew), Jared Robbins (Mallory), Taylor Dulaney (Dusty), Kayin Lawson (Sarah Calderon), Riley Machango, Paislee Machango and Cooper Machango. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; as well as a number of dear friends.
