She was predeceased by: her parents, Quincy Bohannon and True Bohannon (Joyner); her husband Joseph E. Thompson; her son Lyndell E. Thompson; her daughter-in-law Vicki Thompson; her grandson Chancily Jeffords; and her siblings, Carmen Sharp, Thomas Bohannon and Bayless Bohannon.
She is survived by: her children, Miles E. Thompson, Louis B. Thompson, Anna Marie Jeffords (David) and Bobby Dale Thompson (Carol); and her grandchildren, Jimmy Thompson, Lisa Wilkins (Ray), Dayla Long (Jacob), Kristal Arden (Mike), Derrick Thompson, Lana Marie Taylor, Quincy Thompson (Raven) and Gwendolyn Meyer (David). She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
