She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Lucas and Patsy Ann Duke (Vaughn); and her son Stephen Paul Kearney. She is survived by: her husband Edward Kearney; her children, Benjamin Lucas Phelps (Natasha Alvarez), Derrick Thomas Kearney (Desiree), Makayla Beth Kearney (Parker Reno) and Emily Michelle Kearney; her stepdaughters, Chelsea Kearney and Rachel Hutchison (Ryan); her brother Stacy Michael Duke (Deanna Hargrove); and her stepgrandchildren, Oliver Hutchison, Henry Hutchison and Delilah Hutchison.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Crain Funeral Home - Cairo (4815 Sycamore St, Cairo, IL 62914). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Green Lawn Memorial Gardens.
