He is survived by: his mother Pamela Kingsley; his father-in-law Bob Worthen; his brother Vincent Kingsley (Susan); his stepdaughter Evelyn Smith; his niece Caitlin Kingsley; his nephew Devon Kingsley; his aunts, Pattye Lockard and Pam Fletcher; and his great-aunt Edith Fairfield.
