She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Loverkamp and Caroline Loverkamp (Maedeker); her husband Orval Kruger; her son Stanley Kruger; and her brother Lowell Loverkamp.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Debbie Kruger; her grandchildren, Misty Sanderson (Stephen) and Marcus Kruger; and her great grandchildren, Braxton, Bronson and Brexley Sanderson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the St. Stephens Lutheran Church (6874 Midway Rd, Metropolis, IL 62960). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be given in Erlene's name to St. Stephens Lutheran Church 6874 Midway Road, Metropolis, IL 62960.
