He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Wissinger and Miriam Wissinger (Martin); his brother Col. Robert Frank Wissinger; and his grandchild Kameron Chumbler. He is survived by: his daughters, Wendy Wissinger-Faire of Kevil, Kentucky and Kari Norman of Cairo; his grandchildren, Lance Dakin, Brittany Dakin, Autumn Dunn, Carson Dunn, Jacob Wissinger (Araceli) and Derek Wissinger; his great grandchildren, Landen Dakin, Aileen Wissinger, Reina Wissinger and Kami Wissinger; his niece Brita Wissinger; and his nephew Erich Wissinger.
