He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. McIntosh and Lucille McIntosh; and his siblings, Larry McIntosh (Renee), Janice Houtz and Don McIntosh (Cheryl).
He is survived by: his wife Paula McIntosh; his children, Ben Hester (Sarah), John McIntosh and Leah McIntosh Long; his grandchildren, Jack Reed, Jayden Reed and Dustin Hutman (Taylor); his great grandchild Ezra Hutman; his brother Bill McIntosh; his mother-in-law Dorothy Brown; and his brothers-in-law, Frank Brown (Tammy), Ronnie Brown and Allen Houtz. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
