He was predeceased by: his father Michael Esslinger; his stepfather Corwin "Corky" King; and his grandparents, Boyd and Zenoba Metcalf. He is survived by: his mother Bonnie King; his sons, Gregory Esslinger, Jr. (Autumn Sturm) and Austin Abner; his grandchildren, Zane Esslinger, Raelynn Esslinger and Gregory Esslinger, III; and his sisters, Lisa Davis (Barry) and Kelly King. He is also survived by nephews, nieces aunts, uncles and cousins.
