Jesse Warren Jacob Obituary

We announce the death of Jesse Warren Jacob (Metropolis, Illinois), who passed away on June 14, 2026, at the age of 103. Jesse will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis C. Jacob and Ida A. Jacob; and his wife Irma Eileen Hendricks Jacob. He is survived by: his children, Paul Jacob (Mary Ann) of Marion, Illinois, Mary Roberts (Louis) of Gallatin, Tennessee and Jon Jacob of Reno, Nevada; his grandchildren, Tim Roberts, Emily Salz, Matt Jacob, Sarah Crawford, Abby Flannery and Rachel Ely; his brother Brennan Jacob; and his nephews, Norman and Terry Jacob. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, many other family members and friends.
