She is survived by: her siblings, Dorothy M. Wurth of Boaz, Kentucky, Mary L. Neihoff of Boaz, Kentucky, Phyllis A. Walter of Boaz, Kentucky, Judy A Ayers of Boaz, Kentucky, William J. Wurth of Hickory, Earl T. Wurth of Paducah and Cletus R. Wurth of Boaz, Kentucky. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews; two step-daughters, and four step-sons.
