She was predeceased by : her parents, James Wesley and Vera Greer (Story); and her brother James Mitchell "Jimmy" Greer. She is survived by : her son J. D. Mathis (Tammy); her grandchildren, Cody Mathis and Jessie Mathis; her brothers, Larry Greer and Roger Greer; and her sister-in-law Peggy Greer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
