She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Allen and Ana Marie Riley (Fowler); her husbands, Willis Brannon and Edward Dean Powell; her son Kevin Arthur Brannon; and her brother Lowell Allen Riley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kerian Riley Brannon and Kelyn Joann Brannon; and her grandchildren, Liam Brannon Ahn and Caitlyn Riley Ahn.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, October 4th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Aikins-Farmer-Loftus-McManus Funeral Home (70 Jon St, Metropolis, IL 62960). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
