She was predeceased by : her parents, James C. Allen and Olyn Veide Allen; her husband Phinis Norman Blackwell; and her siblings, Lynford Fields Allen, Hanford Allen, Andrew Lincoln Allen and Virginia Catherine Curtis.
She is survived by : her children, Norma Lee Blackwell, Patricia Ann Blackwell, Gregory Allen Blackwell (Valerie P. Lane) and David Kevin Blackwell (Audrey Armstrong Blackwell); her grandchildren, Paul Norman Blackwell, Sky Lane Blackwell and Rachel Quinn Blackwell; her nieces and nephews, Richard Curtis (Diana), Jetheda Merritt, Rodney Allen (Pam), Daryl Allen and Steve Allen; her great-nephews, Aaron Curtis, Richard Merritt, Ian Allen, Victor Allen, Jonathan Allen and Steve Allen Jr.; her great-niece Elena Van Curan; and her nephew Jeremy Allen. She is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews, special cousins and friends.
