He was predeceased by : his parents, Otto Holt and Thelma Holt of Bardwell, KY; and his siblings, Betty and Bill. He is survived by : his wife Linda Medley Holt; his children, Jeff Holt, Lori Miller (John), Kacey Willis (Jed), Nathan English and Ashley Bowman (Brandon); and his grandchildren, Kalen, Jake, Dustin, Joseph, Lily, Lucas and Peyton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to he Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758516, Topeka, KS 66675-8516.
