He was predeceased by: his father John O. Stallings; and his sister Darlene Reynolds. He is survived by: his mother Betty J. Stallings; his wife Denise Stallings (Proffitt); his children, Jennifer Stallings and Christopher Stallings (Taylor); his grandchildren, Calyssa Stallings and Camber Stallings; his sister Doris Norsworthy; and his nieces and nephews, Stacy Yates, Tiffany Hall, Michelle Shoulta and Shawn Fairfield.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Metropolis Memorial Gardens (2824 North Ave, Metropolis, IL 62960).
