He is survived by: his parents, Crystal Carnes (Frank Latham) and Kennth Carnes, Jr.; his grandmothers, Sharon Lang and Carolee Evans; his siblings, Chandler Carnes, Samantha Mitchell (Robert), Christopher Carnes and James Vickery; his aunts and uncles, Mark, Nancy Stern, Jonathan, Penny Payne, Billy English and Tracy Cougill; his great-uncle Jim Yates; and his friend Chris Ballou.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Loftus-McManus Funeral Homes Inc. (70 Jon St, Metropolis, IL 62960).
