He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Windhorst and Howard Windhorst; and his brother Ricky Windhorst. He is survived by: his children, Karla Vanhooser (Brian) and Scott Windhorst (Colleen); his grandchildren, Keegan Smith, Kevin, Aiden Vanhooser, Kailie and Sarah Windhorst; and his brothers, Gary Windhorst (Toni) and Jeff Windhorst (Nancy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
