She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lewis and Elinore Lewis (Trehey); and her siblings, Patrick Lewis, Michael "Tykie" Lewis, Timothy Lewis, Shannon Root, Charles and Laura.
She is survived by: her son Jared Anderson (Paige); her grandchildren, Johnny VanMeter (Kaitlin), Taylor Anderson and Emma Anderson; her great grandchildren, Kinsley Van Meter, Logan VanMeter and Bentley Van Meter; and her siblings, Dennis Lewis (Barbie), Cheryl Gilbert, Shelley Lewis and Tina Lawless. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
