We announce the death of Yvonne Cook of Middletown, Illinois, who passed away on July 13, 2026, at the age of 74. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles E. LaPoe and Delores Tennant LaPoe; and her brother Mark LaPoe. She is survived by: her spouse Waldon "Buddy" J. Cook, Jr.; her children, Christina Lynn Cook-Webb of Williamsville and Waldon Cook (Amanda) of Springfield; her brothers, Allen LaPoe (Linda) of Painesville and Ben LaPoe of Core; and her grandchildren, Chase Webb, Caleb Webb, Carly Webb and Lydia Bly. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
