He was predeceased by : his father Donald. He is survived by : his wife Patricia; his children, Jen Przybylek (Mike), Jacki Krestel (Wes) and Allison Johnson; his grandchildren, Bennett, Emily and Claire; his mother Caryl; and his siblings, Brad, Lisa, Erin, Sharon, Brian and Donnie.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Bremen High School, care of the Athletic Department, in support of the softball, baseball, and football programs, would be appreciated.
